Delete Your Account

You can ask us to delete your Arka Seeker account and the data associated with it at any time. You do not need to have the app installed, and you do not need to reinstall it to make the request.

How to request deletion

Use the subject line “Account deletion request” so it is not missed.

What to include

We do not ask you to create a username or password to play, so we need something that identifies your account. Please include whichever of these you have:

• Your in-game player name — the name shown on the leaderboards.
• Your Solana wallet address, if you ever linked one or made a purchase with one. This is the strongest identifier and lets us find every record tied to you.
• Which version you play — Google Play, the Solana dApp Store, or the web demo.
• Your email address, if you entered one in the app.

If you are not sure of any of these, send what you can and we will help you work it out.

What gets deleted

When we action your request we remove the account and the data attached to it, including:

• Your player profile, including any name, email address and avatar you set.
• Your scores and entries on every leaderboard — daily, weekly, all-time and the Hall of Fame.
• Your linked wallet address and any entitlements tied to it.
• Your friends list, friend requests and private messages, where those exist.
• Your push notification token, so we stop contacting you.
• Your gameplay records used for anti-cheat checks.

This cannot be undone. If you play again afterwards you start from nothing — a new account, no scores, no streak, and none of the items you had unlocked with us. If you bought items through Google Play or the Apple App Store, see the section below.

What we keep, and why

We keep a record of any purchase transactions, with your identity removed from them. We do this because we are required to keep basic financial records for accounting and tax purposes, and to protect against fraud. These records cannot be used to identify you after deletion.

Gameplay records used for anti-cheat checks are automatically deleted after 30 days in the normal course of business, whether or not you ask us to delete your account.

How long it takes

We aim to complete deletion requests within 30 days of receiving them, and will confirm by email once it is done. Arka Seeker is made by one person, so please allow a few days for a reply.

If you bought something on Google Play or the Apple App Store

Purchases made through Google Play or the Apple App Store are recorded by Google and Apple, not only by us. Deleting your Arka Seeker account removes our copy of that entitlement, but if you reinstall the app and use “Restore Purchases”, those stores may restore items you previously bought. That is outside our control. Items bought on the Solana dApp Store with SOL or SKR are held only by us, and are permanently removed.
