Arka Seeker ("we", "our", or "us") takes your privacy seriously. This policy explains how data is handled when you use our mobile application (the "App").

1. Data We Collect Directly

Most of the App operates on-device. Gameplay data such as scores, progress, and settings are stored locally on your device. The following optional data may be submitted to our servers if you choose to provide it:

• Player name — displayed on public leaderboards and the Hall of Fame. You choose this name yourself.
• Email address (optional) — only if you enter one in the User Profile screen. Used solely to send you updates about game features and merchandise drops. You can leave this field blank, change it, or delete it at any time from the User Profile screen. We will never share your email address with third parties or use it for any purpose other than direct communications from Arka Seeker.
• Avatar image (optional) — only if you upload one in the User Profile screen. Stored securely and used only to display your profile within the App. You can remove it at any time.
• Tournament scores — submitted to our servers when you complete a game in Tournament mode, to power global leaderboards.

No account registration is required to play. All optional profile data (email, avatar) can be deleted at any time by clearing the respective fields in the User Profile screen within Settings.

2. Third-Party Services

The App integrates third-party SDKs that may independently collect data in accordance with their own privacy policies. These include:

• Google AdMob — may collect device identifiers (including advertising IDs) and usage data to serve relevant advertisements. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• Google Firebase — used for anonymous authentication, leaderboard storage, and (if you provide them) optional email and avatar storage. Data is stored in Google Cloud infrastructure. See Firebase Privacy Policy.
• Google Play Services — subject to Google's standard terms for app distribution.

We do not control the data practices of these third parties. You may limit ad personalisation through your device settings under Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalisation, or by purchasing the Remove Ads option within the App where available.

3. Solana Wallet & In-App Purchases

If you choose to make an optional in-app purchase to remove ads, the transaction is handled directly by your connected Solana wallet. Arka Seeker does not have access to your wallet's private keys, seed phrase, or any personal wallet data. We receive no financial information from this transaction beyond confirmation that a purchase was completed.

4. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has been affected, please contact us and we will take prompt action.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted at this URL with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
